Mark A. Erikson
Mark Erikson counsels clients in regulatory compliance, development and title issues related to real estate, land use and environmental law. Mr. Erikson represents clients in private actions, as well as claims against government entities. Mr. Erikson is intimately familiar with procedures under the Subdivision Act, the Growth Management Act, the Regulatory Reform Act, the Land Use Petition Act, and state and federal environmental regulations.

Keith Hirokawa is Of Counsel at Erikson & Associates. He has extensive experience in a full range of local, state and federal environmental and land use laws and regulations and on controversies concerning the ownership and use of real property. He primarily represents the interests of property owners, nonprofit corporations, homeowners’ and neighborhood associations in administrative hearings and all levels of the judicial system.
